\r\nMetalzone.gr: Let’s begin from your latest release- Reunitation. What’s the theme and why did you choose this title?
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
The theme of the album is the current diminishing shape and condition of the modern world. The title fits the theme of the lyrics along with the artwork really well.
\r\n
\r\nMetalzone.gr: Music wise do you feel the album is more mature than your previous releases- does it have any new elements brews into it?
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
I think the album is far more mature then our previous full length. We incorporated a lot of new elements in our music. There are some slower songs and some faster stuff then we’ve done in the past.
\r\n
\r\nMetalzone.gr: What are your favourite moments from the album? Are there any points you would change?
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
My favourite songs are regurgitated disinformation, butchering the enlightened, and march to global enslavement. There’s a few things I would change here and there but i try not to think about it too much because there isn’t a whole lot I can do about it.
\r\n
\r\nMetalzone.gr: Even though you’re a very fresh band – you have raised quite some talk around you and have been in the spotlight. Remembering a few of the comments on the press "Bands You Need to Know", "Best Underground Band" at the Metal Hammer "Golden Gods Awards", one of Revolver’s "Breakthrough Bands that will be Kicking Your Ass this Year" and one of Total Guitar’s "Hottest Guitar Bands". How do you feel about that? Do you feel confident you can rise up to these expectations?
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
its been really cool to have those people saying those things about the band. i feel like it has definitely helped us get some attention we probably wouldn’t have gotten. We’re constantly striving to live up to our own expectations of the band. People are going to think what they want. We’re really concerned with meeting and surpassing our own goals.

\r\nMetalzone.gr: What about your latest release- what feedback have you gotten so far?
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
Fortunately it seems that we’ve been getting really good feedback. We’re all really excited about it. It’s cool to put so much work into something and see it pay off in the end. We couldn’t be happier!
\r\n
\r\nMetalzone.gr: What about your fans? What is your fanbase?
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
i feel like our fan base has grown in diversity over these last few years. We’ve been trying to do a lot of tours that put us in front of a different group of people then we would normally play for. i think its been paying off I’ve noticed a big difference in our fan base and I’m really happy about it. We’re going to continue to reach out to more people.
\r\n
\r\nMetalzone.gr: How would you describe the genre you play?
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
I guess I would just classify it as brutal, intense, melodic, and high energy death metal.
\r\n
\r\nMetalzone.gr: What are your influences?
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
Personally my influences range from aeon, decapitated, and morbid angel to Jimmy Hendrix, Muse, and the Mars Volta. I like pulling influences from several different types of music. i think it brings a refreshing element to our writing process.
\r\n
\r\nMetalzone.gr: What is the greatest dream you hold for the future?
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
I think my dream is just to continue traveling all over the world and playing in front of new people. i just want to spread our music to as many people as possible.
\r\n
\r\nMetalzone.gr: Are you planning on touring in support of your new album? What dates have you booked yet? Any plans for visiting Greece?
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
We’re currently on tour with Gwar, Lamb Of God, and The Red Cord. We’ve got a European tour planned with Lamb of god in February of 2010. Unfortunately we don’t have any shows booked in Greece at the moment but i hope to get there soon! i haven’t had the opportunity to visit Greece yet and i would love to. I’ve heard great things about Greece!
\r\n
\r\nMetalzone.gr: Are there any plans on recording your live appearances for a DVD release?
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
As of right now we don’t really have any plans of doing a live DVD. Maybe sometime in the near future.
\r\n
\r\nMetalzone.gr: Thank you very much for your time and I wish you all the best for your upcoming plans and please send a message to our readers.
\r\nJob For A Cowboy:
thank you so much to everyone that has supported, helped, or listened to the band! I hope we can play for you soon!\r\n
