Abysmal Grief - Misfortune

Well, Since Black Widow send us a couple of months ago some releases of their catalogue, and since the Italian outfit Abysmal Grief is one of ma favorite bands out there, I hope that you wont mind if I review a 2009 release.
\r\nPersonally I follow Regen Graves and his sinister company for many years now, and that’s because the sound of Abysmal Grief sounds so unique and special to my ears. Down Tempo Doom Metal with some Gothic elements, the unique voice of Labes C. Necrothytus and the morbid keys and guitars by Regen himself. This would be also something like a soundtrack to an old Italian gothic horror flick of the 60’s, I guess this is a reason why I really love this band.
\r\n“Misfortune” is their second full length release that sounds close to their debut same titled LP having some extremely down tempo tracks with great , macabre guitar riffs and keyboards straight out from the grave. If you are a fan of this sound, be sure that Abysmal Grief will be one of your favorite bands instantly
