Depressed Mode - For Death

New, second release from the Finnish outfit Depressed Mode that for the second time will find me against their “labeling”as“doom metal” band. Depressed mode is so related to doom as Obama is with the Nobel Prize he got. On “For Death” album now, I have to admit that the band sounds really improved and with a better production and for sure has spent some time to work their compositions better than the first album. Many great keyboard lines are featured on the album and once more the great ethereal female vocals along with the brutal and clean male vocals and a stroke of avant-garde elements contribute to the final outcome of the band.
\r\nThe whole symphonic , avant – garde , atmospheric death metal style of their music I suppose that will find many fans out there, despite the fact the difficulty of this music by default  the band manages to balance their avant – garde  and orchestral death metal elements of theirs so the album becomes more “easy listening”. I suggest taking a look on Depressed Mode myspace page and taking a listen of their material so you can judge by your own.
