Holy Pain - Rebellion

Holy Pain - Rebellion

\r\nAttempting to categorize this band musically, wouldn ‘t do it justice. Basically, they play Heave Power, but they also combine their Thrash Power and Modern Metal influences as well and that makes their music so interesting, actually. They are using elemnts from various music genres, so any “label” would be really pretty limiting.
\r\nThe band is called Holy Pain and this is their latest realease,“Rebellion”,  which was being recorded while on tour with bands such as Rotting Christ, 69 Eyes, Firewind and Kiuas. Sharp guitar riffs, melodies, brutal vox that create a really heavy atmosphere, even though in most parts they use clean vocals, which are powerful as well, and compositions that really make the adrenaline flow. The style of each song is special, I mean you listen to a Heavy Power Metal song and the next one is a Modern Metal song. However, they maintain a balance and there’s coherence in the album, no doubt.
\r\nI wasn ‘t familiar with this band before, but after listening to “Rebellion” I think that from now on I will have many good reasons to pay more attention to them.
