IMAGES OF EDEN - Rebuilding The Ruins

\r\nImages of Eden comes from the US and so far they have released three albums, including “Rebuilding The Ruins”.
\r\nThe band combines nice Progressive Metal, Progressive Rock and Melodic Power Metal sounds; music wise, I can relate their style to Dream Theater, Symphony X, Fates Warning, Rush, and Psychotic Waltz. There are no extreme experimental tensions at all; on the contrary the cohesion of the compositions makes them pretty "easy- listening", even if you are not a progster.
\r\nDuring this 74 minutes concept cd, you may find many reasons to let yourself free “to a journey without end”, where Images of Eden invites us via their lyrics and music. Technically, well it goes without saying: if these musicians didn’t have the skills and the background, obviously they wouldn’t bother trying this field (I’m talking about the music orientation).
\r\nGrammy –nominated Eric Zimmermann (Fates Warning, Limp Bizkit, Deftones, Buckcherry, Suicidal Tendencies, etc.) is on the mastering and the production, creating a high quality “environment". \r\n
