\r\nThis is definitely one thing that I have missed; A “pure” heavy metal group, with no reiterations in its music. A group that sounds modern and classical at the same time. A group that conserves all the beauty of the classical metal of the initiate, more romantic age, without turning out to retro.
\r\nYes, these guys are very passionate with what they do and it shows. MALISON ROGUE is a mix of the early Fates Warning, Queensryche and Iron Maiden and they support their influences in a perfect way throughout their songs. The very strong performance on the vocals, the melodies, which are plenty and the nice themes on the guitars are the stronger points of the album and, in fact, they stand out from the very first song already.
\r\nENFORCER were probably the beginning of a “new” wave and now it seems that it’s time for other bands to take the history of Heavy Metal scene a few steps forward, away from any deadlock, mediocrity or lack of inspiration. MALISON ROGUE is one of these bands, as they have the dynamics and the abilities to do that.\r\n
