Overkill - Ironbound

Overkill is one of the oldest thrash metal outfitls with regular releases from 1984 till today but their most fascinating feature in my opinion is that the band despite the amount of their releases never let their fans down.

\r\nIn 2010 the US outfit strikes again with a new album entitled “Ironbound” and this is the studio album no. 16!!! The line up remains the same so the trademark voice of Blitz along with the great riffing work of Dave / Derek made once again a great album of well structured and well played thrash / heavy metal that for sure will please and satisfy the most of the Overkill fans and not only since the “Ironbound” is an album that would appeal most of the heavy metal fans out there,

\r\nNuclear Blast set the release date of the album on which mix made also by the Swedish guru Peter Tagtgren, on late January (29) and it will be released on regular CD , Limited Digi pack CD, Gatefold 180 g LP and exclusively through N.B. mail order on Green Gatefold 180 g LP.
