ROB HALFORD ON JUDAS PRIEST'S UPCOMING INVINCIBLE SHIELD ALBUM - "OVER 50 YEARS LATER WE'RE STILL FULL OF IDEAS, STILL FULL OF INSPIRATION TO KEEP MAKING NEW METAL"
Judas Priest will release their new album, Invincible Shield, on March 8 via Sony Music. In a new interview with Alan Ovington, frontman Rob Halford talks about the new release.
Asked when did the idea or the inspiration for the album first come about, Halford reveals, "Well, the great thing about Priest, over 50 years later, is that we're still full of ideas, still full of inspiration to keep making new metal. This is what we do. We love the opportunity of getting together as a band and creating new metal experiences, so, it's always been there, it's always been within our DNA to keep making metal, and that's what we intend to do."
