Immaterial Creation - The Threshold Of Abyss

Immaterial Creation - The Threshold Of Abyss

\r\nImmaterial Creation come from Thessaloniki and were formed back in 2005. Up till now they\r\nhave released a Demo called The Threshold Of Abyss is their new work which is consisted out of 6\r\ntracks but is characterized as Demo since the whole result leads towards that assumption. As mentioned in their release their music is a "Mixture Of Vigorous Music Composition\r\nWith Dark Melodies" and they couldn’t have been more descriptive. We can find here 6 tracks influenced\r\nby the prime albums of Dimmu\r\nBorgir but also Cradle Of Filth (especially in Keyboards). The songs are fast, with\r\nbright ideas but personally I would have preferred a more vast production, and more powerful. We cant deny the fact that the band is skilled in it’s synthesis however there are\r\nmany bands in the exact same style. So I would suggest a little more work. It\r\nwouldn’t be a bad thing if every band has its own identity- hard to find such\r\nbands nowadays. The Threshold Of Abyss is a work with good ideas, dark and black atmosphere, melodies and outbursts. However their influences are more than obvious and I dont know how that can attract interest for a fan. Check it out if you like the style. \r\n
