INCASSUM - IN VAIN

\r\nBritish band INCASSUM are releasing their debute mini CD - IN VAIN- and there are people who would love their music but there are also many others that are tired of female-vocal bands. The truth is that the band is giving a good try , with nice songs, great riffs and generally good ability in composing songs. The vocals are a mix of the clear voices of Sharleen Kennedy and the evil-screaming of the drummer John Curran. The production is nice and clear and its done by Andy Giblin at the MCC Studios in Manchester. The artwork is done by Marcelo HVC and the layout by Daniel Cocker. I am not fascinated by the layout and the artwork of INCASSUM’s new album and about the music i personally enjoy when the drummer is screaming and giving to the band more aggression and death attitude, but when the clear female vocals enters the game, i ’d rather be sleeping. For fans of female vocals in the Metal scene its a good choice to check this band from Manchester and discover their world.
