Burning Black - Mechanic Hell

Burning Black - Mechanic Hell

\r\nThis is the second album for BURNING BLACK, after “Prisoners of Steel”. A nice instrumental intro for starters and then a devastating Judas Priest-like riffing on the first song makes absolutely clear that their compositions are based on the classical style οφ Judas Priest, Accept and the relative.
\r\nI liked a couple of songs very much, “Purgatory Child” and “Dust and Rain”. However, I ‘m not that excited with this album. Their playing is very common. For instance, the drums; very typical playing. The guitars and the solos on the other hand, are nice, heavy, with lots of melodies and feeling, the bass and the vocals, though, are on the same level with the drums.
\r\nIt’s an album that fans of Judas Priest, Primal Fear, Rage should give it a chance. Generally, it’s a good one, but its big disadvantage is the fact that it’s nothing new. Maybe that reason is not enough to dislike an album, but, on the other hand, I’m tired of listening to the same thing over and over again. I rather be a bit neutral in this case. I mean, hell when a band works hard has to be respected, so..
