Charlotte - Medusa Groove

Charlotte - Medusa Groove

\r\nAs i had said in a preview column Εonian records has send ne two interesting releases the first was Legacy from U.S.A where i covered the review with their very good self-titled album and the second release are the compatriot them Charlotte who come from the other side of U.S.A,more specifically on Pacific side or West coast’s California.
\r\nThey formed in a 1987 as the Legacy and they released the debut album ’’Medusa Groove’’ now.
\r\nAnd quickly became a top draw on the famed Sunset Strip, which at that time included The Whisky-a-Go-Go (the band’s favorite), The Roxy, The Central (now The Viper Room), and Gazzari’s (now Key Club). That the best thing for the bands who called Glam or Sleeze.Isn’t it.
\r\nSo the fivesome with Jack Daniel’s company they decided to come out a little further from the streets of Hollywood.
\r\nI think that most of you understand, especially those involved in this music genre.
\r\nWell in this album we’ll listen hard stuff and street’s Hard Rock on your face. They are ifluenced surely by the big glam rock bands fo 80’s like Motley Crue and Cinderella, the singer sometimes remind’s me between Ian Astbury by Cult and Bon Jovi. Some tracks have a really blues feeling like ’’10 Ocean of Love and Mercy’’ with an impressive saxophone’s presence but another tracks there is funky grooving like ’’Invisible Man’’.Two songs i loved more the ballad ’’Changes’’ and reminds me Bon Jovi and ’’Roadhouse of Love’’ where sounds more straight rock n roll forms.
\r\nI would suggest it ’’Medusa Groove’’ in anyone because have several music elements but if you’re disappointed from a women and you want over it with Jack Daniel’s company and Cd player playing ’’Medusa Groove’’ i think that is the best you can do.\r\n
