Sacred Dawn - A Madness Within

Sacred Dawn - A Madness Within

\r\nWas the tracklist different, I would consider this album interesting enough; in fact I think that it becomes interesting during the last songs.
\r\nI refer to Sacred Dawn, of course, and their debut album “A Madness Within”, which is now released, six years after the band was formed. Their music basis is Heavy Metal with references to classical bands such as Iron Maiden and Saxon with late 80’s Progressive touches that remind of early Dream Theater, Queensryche, Savatage, Fates Warning.  On some spots they are flirting with much clearer Progressive fields, generally, though, their style and sound is far from today’s elements, production quality included.
\r\nThe music part is good, alright; however, the vocals is the weakest spot of the band. There’s no emotion or passion, they are flat and, in conclusion, they will hardly appeal to you. If they take care of this section, perhaps the future will be brighter for Sacred Dawn. \r\n
