\r\nDEBUT ALBUM FOR –LAKEI-\r\n

\r\n-Konspirasjoner- is the name of the debut album of this new Norwegian band called, -Lakei-. This band was formed in the town of Bergen and they managed quick to sign a contract with Indie Recordings in 2011. Now they are ready to release their first official album.\r\n

\r\nThe album is a very nice mix of Sludge/Hardcore/Metal with many atmospheric moments and punk and crust attitude. Great guitars with many nice riffs and ideas, heavy bass, excellent drumming and a really nice chaotic voice. The production is very good and it’s a work done in Gothenburg’s legendary Studio Fredman with the godfather of Swedish death metal Fredrik Nordström and Henrik Udd. The artwork is also great and it’s been made by a Mexican artist called, Santiago Armengod.\r\n

\r\n-Lakei- are doing their start with a great album that will satisfy many fans from different scenes as this band is mixing a lot of sounds. Sludge, Hardcore, Metal but they also use atmospheric themes and their sound often reminds me crust/punk bands with horror atmosphere all around except that –Lakei- are not into fast music at all. They prefer slow, atmospheric Sludge and their vocals are a chaotic mix of Death/Black vocals with many atmospheric changes. –Konspirasjoner- is an album that I totally recommend to all their fans of slow, atmospheric, Sludge/Metal. A great album and a great new band from Norway.\r\n
