HORSE The Band - A Natural Death

HORSE The Band - A Natural Death

\r\nWhat is this guys? Possessed Super Mario ? HORSE The Band is a very special case. Their music is based on Hardcore/Metalcore sound but the things are not so simple. They may use all classic elements of this music but they also use something exclusively of their own, which is no other than the keyboards that resemble to have been taken from a video game of the `80s. Is not accidental the fact that many have given the band the characterization of Nintendo - Core. Personally, I cannot say that the third album of HORSE The Band which brings the name of A Natural Death drove me insane. Their music contains many classic Hardcore breakdowns, a lot of extreme outbreaks with speeds are gone up, brutal but also clearly/melodic vocals and of course in all of them comes to be added the keyboards, that can be brand new and unique but do not believe that they are something that can impress someone. At least i didn’t shudder with no composition. The production is good while it is obvious that is given more attention in the keyboards. Melodies and catchy passages do not exist at great extent and this is something that I believe makes the listening even more difficult. There are bands that when they present an album they address it to people that can absorb it easily. There exist other that release a work and know that they there will be only a few who will appreciate what they made. Finally, there are also other that they know that it is almost impossible to find someone who will embrace what they created, however this does not depress them and they continue. In this category I believe that we can include the HORSE The Band. Personally I did not manage to absorb them and make them part of my everyday routine, however I recognize that what they make is unique and not usual, while at the same time it contains also a big dose humor. Only for this I would suggest you to take a look at A Natural Death and decide on your own if you like it or not…\r\n
