\r\nAfter 15 years of silence, US legendary progressive metalheads CYNIC are back. The reunion that many people were waiting for is here to satisfy the fans of CYNIC. The recipe is still the same and the band continues the path of their last album - Focus, only now their second album -TRACED IN AIR - is sure more mature, more modern and they sound still thirsty for music. Progressive music as always. With many melodic vocals and many heavier back vocals, with a lot of music ideas, technical playing and a lot of brake parts falling from melody to the darkest metal parts of CYNIC that made people called them sometimes a death metal band. But the truth is that CYNIC are a full progressive and technical metal band and they have been a big influence for many band from various types of music. Is their unique style of music that make them stand tall again after 15 years. Many fans they will say that TRACED IN AIR its not equally good with their past work but i bet many others, specially musicians , will take a lot of this album and experience some really good art of composing music. Progressive and technical music as always. We are talking about CYNIC and their first album after their reunion. They can’t be wrong. They have the recipe and we hope that they will start recording more albums because the naked truth is that nobody wants their next album to be released again after 15 years!!
