Distance to fault - The fate of Momentum

Distance to fault - The fate of Momentum

\r\nThis album confused me a lot. While there are good moments in it and songs that appeal to you from the first hearing, there are also ones that are pretty tiring, not to say indifferent. Nice, powerful riffing, with lots of references to Iron Maiden classic musical patterns up to Slipknot “advanced” musical forms. Expressive vocals and beautiful vocals lines. Clever breaks and “full” rhythm section. It is a good album, and an appreciable work of modern Metal, on the other hand, though, I don’t know how many people would include it in a total of other good new works. Comparatively I consider that it lucks musical personality. I liked the first song of the album, as well as the songs “Perpetual Motion”, “Dark Star Rising”, “Portrait”, and “Pathetic Legacy”. That’s almost half of it. It worth to check it out, at least the fans of the modern style, but the rest of the fans should not be carried away from the report to Maiden-like elements.\r\n
