\r\nMiami’s Grindcore-Punkers -Maruta- are finally ready with their first full length album.The band so far has released only a demo and an EP and participated in a V/A compilation CD, and it was about time for their debute album to come. The recordings of the albums took some years but the result is 100% authentic grindcore!! \r\n \r\nTheir album is called - In Narcosis - and its a 15-track punch that hits you to the wall!Extreme speeding and fast riffing with breaks to slow and Doom mood,brutal vocals from the depths of hell and a drummer that is surely possesed by some supernatural power.Maruta are full of grindcore pride with underground and punk influences.They have no bass but their sound its completely full by the extreme playing of their guitarist Eduardo Borja and his personal sound.Their drummer is giving a lot of energy and fulling the songs with his blast beats and his double bass pedals.Nick Augusto is for sure a great drummer and a true fan of grindcore.You can really say that grindcore is his business.The voice of Mitchell Luna is between Grindcore/Death and Grindcore/Hardcore screaming \r\nMaruta are here to stay.The grindcore scene is very happy with this release.This album is proof that this scene is alive and its still giving great bands and albums.The album -In Narcosis- is a great choice for all the grindcore fans and fans of bands such as : Nasum , Leng Tch’e and Rotten Sound.A great album from Miami’s Grindcore trio .Its going to mess up your head for good and never put you in narcocis! \r\n \r\nEfkarpos
