Perzonal War - Bloodline

Perzonal War - Bloodline

\r\nThis is the sixth album for Perzonal War and a step beyond as well I would add. They bridge in a pretty impressive way the Old school Thrash Metal with the modern, Power/Thrash scene, creating an album approachable to the old school metalheads and, also, to the newest fans of the scene in general. To be honest, I like Thrash being purely thrash, well with some power passages in the worst case, therefore, speaking on a personal level such mixings, like one track being “straight to your face” and the next being melodic and emotional enough, or such alternations even in one song, would always me put me in thoughts, and this because music is also a feeling and it takes much more to go through emotional phases than a break from the drummer. It requires cohesion. This mixing of elements from various scenes however is a fact, so let’s get back to the album. Modern sound and melodies, a few nu metal passages, furious vocals that turn also to more melodic in certain spots, fast, heavy riffing that also does not differ from the above description and follows the feeling of each song separately, tight rhythm section and compositions that in general won’t  tire you. And let’s not forget the guest appearances from from their Victor Smolski, Schmier, Wiley Arnett, Gus Chambers and Manni Schmidt, a movement that many bands use to do for the obvious reasons. \r\n
