-Sevenyearsdead- from the U.K are formed many years ago but only 3 years ago managed to start recording demos and EPs.After these releases they ready with their debute full length album that is going to satisfy many fans from different scenes. Their new work has the title - To the Ruin of All - and its a complex of Metal/Rock/Metalcore with sing-a-long choruses and many ideas in composing.The guitar is only one but plays perfect without having problems in filling the sound,with nice solos without rythm guitar following,only the bass is folowing beind that has also great ideas in the songs.The drumming is great and comes totally from the Metal-Hardcore school.The vocals are more clean and shouting than raging and brutal as we are used to it from the newest Metal-core bands.The production is very good and the album sounds great from the very first -Machine head-like riff to the very last song.The cover is in Industrial and Metalcore attitude , and it shows a complex of machines. \r\n
\r\nSevenyearsdead were late about their debute release.These guys were ready for this many years now. You can realise it by listening to the album. They play so tight , and they have so many ideas that they give you the feeling that they are preparing this for years. Their sound is so mature , their themes so fresh and you can easy guess their influences. And its bands such as : Machine Head , Pantera , Damageplan , Slipknot. You can find some similarity in the voice with Cro-Mags and you can also listen to other themes that reminds bands such as Black Label Society. Sevenyearsdead made an album that can be recognized by many fans from many different Metal scenes. A great debute from these Metalheads from Manchester. \r\n
