Power metal legends, Masterplan, are thrilled to announce their return with a new studio album, Metalmorphosis, set for release on June 26 via Frontiers Music Srl. To celebrate the announcement, the band share the new single and accompanying video, “Chase The Light”, available below.

Ross “The Boss” Friedman, legendary guitarist of both The Dictators and Manowar, has been diagnosed with ALS, also known as known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease, reports Spencer Kaufman of Heavy Consequence.
A statement from his publicist reads, “Ross ‘The Boss’ Friedman, founding member of punk rock legends The Dictators and heavy metal stalwarts Manowar, has been diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
