Behexen - My Soul For His Glory

The third full length from Finland’s Behexen, sounds as the most “mature” release of the band. (Just to refresh your memory Behexen has released two albums in the past: “Rituale Satanum” [2000] and “By the Blessing of Satan” [2004])
\r\nIn the “My Soul For His Glory”, Behexen provide us with a Black Metal holocaust, influenced from the Norwegian and Swedish black metal scene. Eight tracks full of hatred, misanthropy and blasphemy. The vocals of Behexen is very good and very aggressive, as for the classic black metal riffs and the merciless blast beating can be listened almost through the entirely of the Album.
\r\nAnother positive point of this release is of course the very good production (in comparison with the previous efforts by Behexen) as well as the artwork / lay out of the cd (there will be 1.500 digipack copies).
\r\nSummarizing, the “My Soul For His Glory” album is a very good effort without differ a lot from other releases of the genre. But yet a very good release for the friends of the “True” Black Metal scene without keyboards, or “progression”
