Sahg - Sahg II

\r\nNorway’s Doomsters Sahg, have returned after two years of silence with their second effort, simply entitled “Sahg II”. If some of you happened to have listened to the first album of the band “Sahg I”, I’m sure that you already know the abilities of the band that with this release states that is not just another doom metal band that would release a good album and then….nothing.
\r\nOf course “Sahg II” does not reach the levels of the first album, without be a bad album at all. The main influence of Sahg is of course Black Sabbath and what comes out of the speakers is classic Black Sabbath music played 40 years after with a different production
\r\nFor those who might not know the Norwegians consist among others from    Olav Iversen Of Black Death metallers, Manngard on Vocals and Tom Cato Visnes, of  Gorgoroth on Bass Guitar. The promo i got here features nine tracks that all of them with the exception of the first two track, bring the music, feeling, atmosphere and the groove of Black Sabbath today.
\r\nIf you had to choose between “Sahg I” and “Sahg II” i would surely recommended the first album, but you really got to check this one two, this is a pretty good enough album.
