After some years of silence, Los Angeles thrashers Bonded By Blood have returned and announced a new lineup on their Facebook page. The band, who has not released an album since 2012's The Aftermath, now includes half of the original lineup (guitarists Alex Lee and Juan Juarez and vocalist Jose Barrales), who are joined by bassist Jerry Garcia and drummer Stephen Ramirez.

DESTRUCTION frontman Schmier says that the band's founding guitarist Michael "Mike" Sifringer has "disconnected" from the rest of the group and is not featured on DESTRUCTION's just-completed new studio album.
Schmier addressed Sifringer's status with DESTRUCTION just a couple of weeks after the band performed without Mike at the Area 53 Festival in Leoben, Austria.
In a new interview with Finland's Janne Vuorela, DESTRUCTION frontman Schmier was asked if he and his bandmates have used the coronavirus pandemic to work on material for the follow-up to 2019's "Born To Perish" album. He responded (as transcribed by BLABBERMOUTH.NET): "For a long time, I wasn't ready. And last year, I didn't even try to think about a new album.
In another Cameo video found below, Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine commented on the band's forthcoming album, which he recently revealed is called The Sick, The Dying And The Dead.
