Glittertind - Landkjenning

Glittertind is a Norwegian based outfit that exists since 2001 and this album “Landkjenning” is their third full length release, According to their bio. Glittertind is a band that praises its homeland’s music and traditions with many folklore feeling and lyrics in Norwegian. Musically on the album we can find a mixture of folklore melodies and instruments with the classic rock / metal / punk feeling and instruments.
\r\nI strongly believe that the whole outcome strays away from what we could call “metal” since some of their tracks could be featured on Eurovision contest with many hopes to get the first place, while other tracks could be featured on a Celtic music collection, thus this is rather a multicollectional for multicollection listeners
