Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine recently revealed in a social post directly shared with his worldwide fanbase and Cyber Army that his forthcoming album (due out early next year) will be the final Megadeth studio album of his career. Mustaine shared the announcement via his alter ego Vic Rattlehead (video below).
Mustaine also revealed that the multi-platinum superstar band will embark on a global farewell tour kicking off in 2026. Also set for next year is a new memoir from Mustaine, details of which will be revealed in the coming months.
Having earned the rare endorsement of K.K. Downing as the next big thing in metal, and touring the UK supporting KK’s Priest, British newcomers Tailgunner have just signed with Napalm Records. Further endorsing his praise for the band, the Judas Priest guitar legend has now taken on a new role of producer for their dynamic sophomore album.
German metal legends, Blind Guardian, have shared a new video along with the following message to the fans:
“There’s no show without this banger of a song! How many times did you sing the words ‘Valhalla, Deliverance…’ – or did you lost track after a while? Enjoy the Dutch crowd in Tilburg join in and let your thoughts wander to your last BG concert.'”! The show took place on August 14 in Tilburg, Netherlands.
Following the well documented and understandable short break from all things rock and metal due to the passing of singer John “Harv” Harbinson’s father, we are delighted to announce the band’s return to all things relating to powerful music with a brand new album, Immortal Beloved, in time to celebrate 20 years since the first Stormzone release, Caught In The Act, back in 2005.
