Oι Καναδοί thrashers Sacrifice ήταν κάποτε από τις αγαπημένες μπάντες όσων άκουγαν Slayer. Tο πρώτο τους άλμπουμ, "Torment in Fire" του 1986, ακολουθούσε τη "χύμα" σχολή του είδους, αλλά το δεύτερο "Forward to Termination" (1987) και το τρίτο "Soldiers of Misfortune" (1990) έχουν κερδίσει πια τους οπαδούς του είδους, μιας και ήταν αρκετά πιο καλοπαιγμένα.

Οι Γερμανοί Speed Metallers, Iron Angel έδωσαν στην δημοσιότητα ένα νέο τραγούδι με τίτλο Sacred Slaughter, που είναι προπομπός της επερχόμενης κυκλοφορίας τους Emerald Eyes που θα είναι διαθέσιμη στις 2 Οκτωβρίου.
Το νέο άλμπουμ των βετεράνων Iron Angel θα είναι το τέταρτο στην δισκογραφία τους, που ξεκίνησε το 1985 με το άλμπουμ Hellish Crossfire.
Onslaught were formed in Bristol, England by Nige Rockett (guitar) & Paul Hill (bass) in 1983 and began life under the influence of second-generation hardcore punk bands, but exploiting a strong desire for a more metallic sound and the love of Motorhead, they would quickly search out a more defined and original style.
"Night Of Pain" is a remake of the classic early HEXX song, that originally appeared on the "No Escape" LP from 1984. B side of the single, which will be released on August 21 on High Roller Records, includes another remake, "Terror". Both tracks were recorded during the sessions of the new album, "Entangled In Sin", which is coming out later this year
Τhe new album from German old school thrashers NUCLEAR WARFARE is entitled "Lobotomy" and is set to be released on August 28th via MDD! Originally planned for May, this release was postponed for late August due to the Corona Pandemic.

Οι Έλληνες Death/Thrashers Rapture ανακοίνωσαν ότι θα κυκλοφορήσουν το τρίτο τους άλμπουμ στις αρχές του 2021, από την FDA Records σε CD ενώ η Headsplit Records θα κυκλοφορήσει το νέο άλμπουμ και σε κασέτα.
Οι Rapture είναι συγκρότημα από την Αθήνα, έκανε ντεμπούτο με το EP Gun Metal το 2013 και δύο χρόνια αργότερα κυκλοφόρησε το πρώτο LP, Crimes Against Humanity.
