O μεγάλος UDO θα κυκλοφορήσει το νέο του, 17ο άλμπουμ με τίτλο "We Are One" (στο εξώφυλλο αναγράφεται "We are 1") από την AFM Records στις 17 Ιουλίου. O δίσκος είναι concept και έχει γίνει με τη συνεργασία της επίσημης μπάντας του γερμανικού στρατού και την εποπτεία του υπολοχαγού Christoph Scheibling - ωστόσο αναφέρουν οι UDO ότι δεν θα είναι ένας συνηθισμένος "metal με ορχήστρα" δίσκος.

Oι Βρετανοί NWOTH-metallers Kaine είναι από τα καλά γκρουπ της νέας γενιάς συγκροτημάτων που παίζουν κλασικό heavy metal. To Δεκέμβρη του 2020 θα κυκλοφορήσουν το "The Waystone" ΕΡ που θα περιλαμβάνει 4 τραγούδια από το oμώνυμο LP του 2014 επανηχογραφημένα, καθώς και ένα νέο τραγούδι - κανένας τίτλος για αυτό το ΕΡ δεν έχει ακόμα ανακοινωθεί.
