\r\nWho said that epic/power metal is dead? Here is the living proof for the opposite. A very good band that gets inspired by epic concepts and speeds really fast, music-wise. They remind me of Grave Digger, basically concerning the vocals, though the minus in the whole thing is the fact that sometimes they exaggerate by over-emphasizing the words in order to get a more “evil” result.

\r\nWhen I heard for the first time this album, I had absolutely no idea for the biography of the band. I believed that it is an experienced band from Norway. To my big surprise however, I realized that Funeral Throne come from the Britain and still have not reached the 18th year of their age! Nihil Sine Diabolus, is the debut album of these young guys and the music that they present to us they is Black Metal in the Norwegian way.

\r\nHell United exist enough years, but when they had been created they were named Eclypse. With such type of releases I do not like to say more details and the music that we have here is classic Polish Death Metal as that of Behemoth, Vader, Hate, Devian, Decapitated etc. Hornokracy is the debut album of the band under the name of Hell United and really reveals a group with appetite but also with a lot of talent.
\r\nWhen the artist gets inspired.. Revolution Rennaisance is the new band of Timo Tolkki, since Stratovarius have split up, almost split up or whatever…we can’t be sure for now, as the statements so far are a bit ambiguous. Time will tell, I guess. Let’s get back to the album now, titled “New Era”. It’s like listening to Stratovarius in the peak of their career, yet with a different voice. And what a voice, actually voices to be accurate. Michael Kiske, Tobias Sammet and Pasi Rantanen, all in very good shape they are merely amazing!
