\r\nDEFIANCE ARE BACK\r\n \r\n
\r\nAmerican Veteran Thrashers - Defiance - are finally ready with their fourth album , released through Candlelight Records. The band announced their reunion in 2005 and now after 4 years they are finally ready with their new full length album, called - The Prophecy - and its a great Thrash experience with many great songs.\r\n
\r\nI remember, as if it was just yesterday, when I first watched the video for the song “Siren” and I was mesmerized. I was listening to this song every day. It was this very special thing about Theatre of Tragedy compared to the other bands back then. It was something charming.
It is historically proven (and history never lies) that excessive\r\nprogress destroys any former state of being. From a point on we’re not\r\ntalking about evolution but mutation. Unfortunately this is a universal\r\ntruth and affects music as well. I usually am very cautious when it\r\ncomes to bands that characterize their music “progressive”.
I am delighted that Thessaloniki "turns" bands. I am even more delighted, cause those bands compose and produce greak music. Until Rain belong to that category and I am about to review their first album The reign of dreams. The band is progressive, capable to charm the fans of Savatage, Shadow Gallery, Dream Theater and Fates Warning.
\r\nAt Vance once more are following the same musical way that we all know, and they give us a new album which may not have surprises but it is superb! Those who are fans of the group know what they should expect. It’s a fact that when Hartmann was behind the microphone, their name was much more glorious, yet that doesn’t necessarily mean something for the present of the band as it’s all a matter of timing and, of course, of a matter of what fans prefer the most.

\r\nTIM AND AHHHNOLD ARE BACK!!!\r\n \r\n
\r\nAustrian Death Machine are back with their second album with more tribute songs to Arnold Schwarzenegger that will make you go headbanging, moshing and for sure are going to make you laugh. The band is a side project of mr Tim Lambesis , frontman of As I Lay Dying , that wanted to do a Metal project that will have Arnold as the main idea of the band.-Austrian Death Machine- are playing a mix of Thrash/Death/Hardcore/Metal and has released only one full length album.\r\n
\r\nSeems that some of the bands that were on top back in the 80’s are now going through a period of great inspiration, something that could easily be described as a state of “second youth”. After Megadeth’s awesome “Endgame” , is W.A.S.P.’s turn to simply blow our brains out! After the exceptional “Dominator” of 2007 Blackie Lawless and his gang strikes back with an album that would make even the most criticizing of their fans, reconsider. “Babylon” could be easily characterized as a W.A.S.P.
I don’t know Where Angels Fall, all I know is that they exist and that they walk among us waiting for us to give them the chance (those of us who can see them) to change our lives. Maybe even now, this very moment that these lines are coming to life, one of them might be standing next to me…who can tell? “Marionettes” is an album that is worth listening.
